We have one cancellation policy at ParkConnect. If a driver cancels, the amount we can refund depends on two things:
- The length of the booking, and
- When the driver makes the cancellation request.
If the space owner cancels, the driver will always receive a full refund. No same day cancellation — no refund.
Cancellation allowed 1 day in advance. If cancel after a day will be charged for minimum of days booked or maximum of 3 days.
Cancellation allowed 3 days in advance or will be charged for a minimum of 5 days. Balance will be refunded
Cancellation allowed 3 days in advance or will be charged for a minimum of 7 days.
Complaints must be raised with ParkConnect within 24 hours after the booking starts.
ParkConnect will mediate when necessary and has the final say in all disputes.
A booking is officially canceled once we approve the cancellation.
